Tim Shaver is a 1974 graduate of the United States Military Academy where he received a BS degree in engineering. He was commissioned as a 2nd LT and served for five years in Europe and other military action areas as an infantry officer in both command and staff assignments. After leaving the military, he spent the next twenty years working for both family owned and public companies throughout the United States.
During this period he was a facility engineer, plant manager, sales manager, corporate trainer, director of operations and VP of Manufacturing for upwards of 33 facilities and 2000 employees. In his role with these companies, he was involved in over a dozen corporate acquisitions which gave him an in depth understanding of the problems facing small and mid-sized business. In 1996, his career brought him and his family to Nashville.1998 was a strategic year for Tim as he left the corporate world and opened his own business. Taking his wealth of corporate knowledge and experience and using his understanding of small and mid-sized business, he became a business consultant focusing on helping businesses grow their revenue and profits.
